Spencer Rigby is partnered with a global multinational biotech that is looking to appoint a new Vice President Benefits and Compensation.
The Vice President will lead a critical transformation initiative for a market leading company, setting a new direction for compensation and benefits programmes across North America. Following multiple acquisitions, this encompasses harmonisation and integration of policies, requiring a strong communicator with a passion for change management.
You will set and drive the strategic leadership, execution and delivery for the benefits and compensation integration into all the business units in North America. This is a high impact within a collaborative the global business which requires extensive experience in owning and driving the benefits and compensation function across large complex internal structures with successful business results.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Working with and managing relationships with the senior stakeholders across all business units in North America.
- Managing all P&L expenses related to the role.
- Developing and leading the strategy for the company's benefits and compensation offerings to be competence to the wider market.
- Ensure that all benefits programmes are compliant with all federal and state regulations.
- Work on integral strategies to develop a equality within the organisation.
- Support company wide projects.
Experience Required:
- 10 years experience in benefits and compensation.
- Experience leading, owning and implementing initiatives.
- Deep understanding and knowledge of state and federal regulations.
- Strong decision making skills.
- Significant experience leading transformation.
- Ability to communicate and work confidently with the executive team.
